Global Teenagers Network (GTP) Project |
| The Global Teenager Network Project (GTP),
sponsored by the International Institute for
Communication and development (IICD) has been
operating in Jamaica since 1999, with the JCSEF
being the local coordinator. The project is a
network of students from schools located in
developing and developed countries, with local
education partners as coordinators in each country.
GTP began in 1999 with South Africa and Netherlands;
and now involves more than 2,500 pupils from 95
schools in Africa, the Caribbean, Latin America,
Europe and the Middle East. The virtual campus can
